一个男人梦见一盒金币在洞穴尽头等着他，由于他的宗教信仰不允许他自己去追求，于是请了一个非信徒帮忙。他们一起踏上穿越伊朗大地的漫长旅程，追寻奇迹，而他们的寻宝活动对沿途遇到的人来说也很有吸引力。
