女特警狙击手宋念与队友并肩一起，与钻石押运车劫匪展开激战，特警队队长韩松雷为保护队友身受重伤。宋念化悲痛为力量，随后与劫匪枪手苏雪、奸商张貌伦展开智勇斗争，终于揭开钻石劫案背后的阴谋，并将匪徒绳之以法。
